Three example questions

These examples demonstrate the response shape. Answers for a real portfolio depend on its uploaded documents and confirmed records.

Which leases have a rent review due soon?

A useful response identifies the relevant leases, cites each review clause and page, distinguishes confirmed dates from unresolved dates, and recommends a next step. Any notice remains subject to approval before sending.

What must happen before handback?

A useful response groups the obligations, links each one to its source clause, identifies any missing side agreement and proposes practical tasks such as an inspection. It does not convert an assumption into a confirmed obligation.

When does this arrangement end?

If the executed document is absent or unreadable, the correct response may be that the question cannot yet be answered. The system should identify the missing evidence and suggest the document or narrower question needed next.

Questions for a pilot review

Can we inspect the source behind an answer?

Material answers are designed to retain citations to the relevant document, page and clause so the professional reviewing them can inspect the evidence.

How should we test extraction quality?

Use representative leases, including scans and variations. Review confidence at field level, compare proposed values with their source pages and include cases where documents disagree.

What should happen when evidence is missing?

The system should say that it cannot support the answer, identify what is absent and avoid presenting an inferred result as fact.

How do we assess approval controls?

Follow a consequential action from preparation to the approval queue. Confirm that its evidence, calculation, accountable person and final decision remain on the record.
